A home with outstanding bones- situated on a Hilton Head Island lagoon, this 5,500 square foot home was in need a  facelift. The kitchen was the main feature. Removing a wall and adding another, we created the kitchen of our avid baker client's dreams. The rest of the home renovation involved new light fixtures, refinished heart pine floors throughout, fully renovated primary and guest bathrooms, all new paint, updated guest bathrooms and laundry and new furnishings.
